HISTORY

Bearly Tame originally was owned by Doug Spanier based out of Albany, Minnesota. The 1979 Ford Monster Truck was later sold to Chad Mathison, to which it became the original T-REX. The truck would later be converted to Wind Dancer, then Tower Ranger.

In 2020, the Bearly Tame name would be revived by Zane Rettew. Joe Lockhart would debut the 1995 Ford F-150 with a PEI chassis. In 2021, the truck received a upgrade with a new Cohen chassis. At the end of summer 2021, James Trantina bought Bearly Tame, along with its original teammate, Master of Disaster.

After its relocation to St. Cloud, Minnesota, James Trantina and Austin Tweedy both drove the truck before it found its permanent driver, Mike Rowley.

In April of 2023, Mike Rowley would debut a special 35th Anniversary body scheme that would run for the remainder of the year
